SWFWDA FALL QUARTERLY MEETING
The SWFWDA Fall Quarterly Meeting to be held at Katemcy Rocks (K-2) near
Mason, Texas on October25-27, 2013.
The business meeting will be held Saturday, time to be determined.
There are over 800 acres of granite with trails from mild to wild. This is an event for K-2, thus no registration to SWFWDA is required, only fees required by
Katemcy Rocks. You can wheel from 1:00 PM Friday afternoon until Noon Sunday.
No night wheeling.
Fee Schedule (cash or check only, no credit cards):
$60.00 - Weekend Driver Package
(includes Friday & Saturday tent camping) - arrival before dark
$50.00 - Weekend Driver Package
(includes Friday & Saturday tent camping) - arrival after dark
$50.00 - Driver Package (includes Saturday tent camping) - Saturday arrival
$35.00 - Saturday wheeling only (No Sunday arrivals allowed)
$5.00/Day - Passengers/Spectators
$10.00 - Weekend Camping for Passengers/Spectators

Directions from Mason:
Travel approximately 1 mile North of Mason on Hwy 87. Turn left (west) at the intersection of Hwy 377/29 and Hwy 87 (yellow blinking light). Travel approximately 4.1 miles to the split of Hwy 377 (Junction) and Hwy 29 (Menard). Veer right and stay on Hwy 29 (towards Menard) for approximately 1.1 miles. K-2 entrance will be on the leftside of road at 1.1 miles.
Camping is available and lodging available in nearby Mason.

Summer Quarterly Meeting
Friday July 26th
11:00 AM –Guided Trail rides start
Saturday July 27
- 7:30 AM. – Quarterly Meeting
- 9:00 AM. –Guided Trail rides
- 1:00 PM. Guided afternoon trail rides start.
- 6:00pm – Dinner included 1/3 lb. Angus cheeseburger with all the sides.
Sunday July 28 -Break camp/return home
Place: Southern Missouri Off Road Ranch or SMORR is a family run and operated business that has made a name for its self in the world of off road parks in just 6 short years. With its beautiful 943 acre location in the Ozark Mountains, to its ability to be a haven for weekend wheelers and their families while also providing some of the most rugged terrain to ever challenge the world of off road sports, SMORR is here to stay and hopes that every off road enthusiast has a chance to experience the 943 acres that we call home. SMORR also has a brand new bathroom and shower facility that has all the comforts of home (Flushing toilets, hot water, very private, central heat and air with pictures on the front page of their website. We have a dump site and water available for RVs. Water is available beside the gate house and in front of the shower house with the dump-site there also.
